Google User Data Sharing and Disclosure

Our application may access Google user data only after the user has granted permission through Google OAuth. The Google user data accessed by our application is used solely to provide the features requested by the user, such as connecting their Google account, retrieving authorized account or channel information, and generating analytics, dashboards, or reports inside the application.

For connected YouTube accounts, we request read-only YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API permissions to retrieve channel/video metadata and performance metrics needed for dashboards, analytics views, and reports requested by the user.

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers and infrastructure providers: We may use trusted service providers, such as cloud hosting, database, authentication, analytics, or security providers, only as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the application. These providers process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use Google user data for their own purposes.
  2. Legal or security reasons: We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, our application, or the public.
  3. With the user's direction or consent: We may share or display Google user data when the user explicitly chooses to use a feature that requires it, such as generating, exporting, or sharing a report.

We may process Google user data through service providers that support hosting/runtime infrastructure, managed databases/storage, authentication/session services, security monitoring/logging, email delivery, and AI processing used to generate user-requested insights. These providers process data only on our behalf under contractual restrictions.

We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models unless this is explicitly disclosed and separately permitted by the user.

Google user data may be used to generate user-requested analytics summaries and insights within the product. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.
